The CRYOVB-100 filling head is equipped with a gas-liquid circulation self cooling system, which ensures the quality of liquid nitrogen in an ultra cold single-phase state, improving the accuracy of liquid injection. The filling head has a self-produced nitrogen protection function to prevent the entry of humid air from the filling environment and prevent common problems such as frosting.
The CRYOVB-100 filling head can be equipped with a buffer filling nozzle, which prevents liquid nitrogen from splashing and ensures even liquid nitrogen injection.
The design of CRYOVB-100 is simplified, with fewer maintenance parts and only two vulnerable spare parts: nitrogen valve needle and solenoid valve. The model is compact and easy to install in packaging equipment with limited space.
Liquid nitrogen (LN2) is first transported from the storage tank to the nitrogen injection head of the filling machine through a vacuum insulated tube. The sensor detects the container and calculates the predetermined amount of liquid nitrogen by opening the filling valve based on the container speed. The entire nitrogen injection process is comprehensively controlled by a programming logic controller, sensors, and a human-machine interface.
