For example, during storage, oils and fats can oxidize, become rancid, and decompose, seriously affecting their edible quality and human health. Therefore, delaying oil oxidation has become a particularly concerned issue in the industry. The oxidation rate of oil is related to the amount of oxygen and partial pressure dissolved in the oil, as well as the oxygen content in the enclosed container, the volume fraction of air, and the partial pressure of air (oxygen). From this, it can be seen that for sealed oil containers, as long as the retention space inside the container is controlled and the partial pressure of oxygen in the oil in the space is reduced, the rate of oil oxidation can be controlled.

Operating principle
Liquid nitrogen is first transported from the storage tank (or Dewar tank) to the filling machine through a vacuum insulated tube and then to the nitrogen injection head. The first sensor (which can also be used to improve the resolution of bottle speed sensing) detects the speed of the assembly line, and the second sensor senses the presence of the container. The system calculates the required amount of liquid nitrogen injection based on the container speed (speed automatic filling compensation function). Once the presence of the container is sensed, the filling valve is opened to inject the set amount of liquid nitrogen; The entire nitrogen injection process is controlled by a programmable logic controller, sensors, and a human-machine interface.
